Scottish Youth Football Association

The Very People was appointed by S.Y.F.A. (Scottish Youth Football Association) in late 2010 to assist in developing their strategic plan for the next ten years. A charitable organisation which can trace its history over at least 100 years, it has a very important role in grassroots football with between 40,000 - 50,000 children all over Scotland regularly participating in regular training and competitive football games.

Largely operating with a limited budget and with an army of dedicated volunteers, S.Y.F.A. is pro-actively considering its future direction and how it can continue to encourage children to remain active in this sport.

The Very People led a lengthy process of consultation both within SYFA and with its strategic partners and is now developing a future plan that will be in place in time for the start of the next season.
